- 01Company MemoryOne record of the company: decisions and the reasoning behind them, evidence, documents, customers, work and outcomes. Aury reads the record before he says anything, so nothing starts from zero and nothing is re-litigated twice.
- 02Bounded autonomyYou grant authority — what Aury may do alone, what he must bring back, what stays human. The boundary is enforced on the server, not described in marketing copy. Raise it when he has earned it; lower it at any time.
- 03ApprovalsConsequential work arrives prepared, not done: the draft, the reasoning, the cost, the risk, and one decision for you to make. Aury may disagree with the brief — proceed, narrow, modify, pivot or stop — with the reasoning attached.
- 04Execution receiptsEvery piece of work carries a receipt: what was requested, what was authorized, what actually ran, and what evidence exists that it landed. Unverified stays labelled unverified. Evidence over theatre.
- 05ConnectionsAury works with the systems the company already uses rather than demanding a replacement. Each capability shows its state: live, needs a connection you authorize, needs your approval before it runs, or not built yet.
- 06OwnershipThe company, the brand, the code, the content, the customers and the record are yours. Handover exists so a company can be transferred to someone else with its history intact.
