The Aurygine website is provided for informational purposes. By accessing it, you agree to use it in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Aurygine may update, modify or remove content, ventures or information at any time without prior notice.

An Aurygine account is for your use and the use of people you invite. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

What you put into Aurygine stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, display it back to you, and process it to deliver the features you use. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train third-party models for anyone else’s benefit.

You are responsible for having the right to enter information about other people — customers, staff, suppliers — and for using it lawfully.

Aury drafts, summarises, extracts and suggests using your company’s own records. Its output is a proposal, not advice. Nothing it prepares is applied to your company until you approve it, and nothing is sent outside Aurygine on your behalf without your confirmation.

Aurygine is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Decisions you take remain yours.

We aim to keep Aurygine available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and the product changes as it develops.

You may stop using Aurygine at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that endangers the service or other users.

Aurygine designs, builds, launches and operates modern internet products, software systems and digital ventures. Some ventures remain internal. Others may be selectively positioned for partnership, operator transition or acquisition discussions.

Information presented about any venture is provided for strategic inquiry purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, prospectus or solicitation.

Any acquisition, partnership, transfer or operator transition discussion is subject to mutual qualification and full due diligence.

Terms, scope, assets, intellectual property, ownership, transfer mechanics and pricing are defined on a case-by-case basis.

No transaction, transfer or commitment is final without an executed written agreement signed by both parties.

All trademarks, names, logos, copy, product systems and content on this website are the property of Aurygine or its respective rights holders and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Inquiries, communications and information shared with Aurygine in the context of strategic discussions are treated with discretion and may be subject to mutual non-disclosure arrangements.

Aurygine provides this website and product on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurygine is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from their use or from reliance on their content.

Aurygine is an independent, founder-operated product in its founding beta. It is not yet incorporated as a registered company, so no company registration number, registered office or VAT identifier exists at this time. Registered entity details will be published on this page as soon as incorporation is complete.

Because there is no registered entity yet, these terms do not name a company jurisdiction or venue. Nothing here limits the mandatory consumer or data protection law that already applies where you live. Once Aurygine is incorporated, the registered entity, governing law and venue will be published here, and account holders will be told before any change takes effect.
