Acceptable use

Use Aurygine to build and operate a real business you are entitled to run. If an activity would embarrass you to explain to the person on the receiving end, it does not belong here.

• Break the law, or help someone else break it
• Impersonate a person, company or public body
• Run a scheme designed to take money without delivering value — including fraud, phishing, fake stores and pyramid structures
• Sell or promote anything requiring a licence you do not hold, or anything prohibited where your customers are
• Publish or generate material that sexualises minors, incites violence, or targets people for abuse or harassment
• Infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret, including by feeding us material you do not have rights to
• Upload personal data you have no lawful basis to process, or special-category data you cannot justify holding
• Attempt to access another company's workspace, probe our infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits, approval gates or the pause switch
• Resell Aurygine as your own product, or use it to build a competing service by scraping its output

Anything Aurygine sends on your behalf carries your name and your reputation, and it passes through our infrastructure. So:

• Send only to people you have a lawful basis to contact. Bought lists and scraped addresses are not a lawful basis.
• Say who you are, honestly, in the message. No forged headers, no misleading subject lines.
• Honour every opt-out immediately and permanently, in every channel.
• Follow the rules that apply where your recipient is — GDPR, CAN-SPAM, PECR and their equivalents, whichever bite.

Sustained spam complaints will get sending suspended for your company before they get our infrastructure blocked for everyone else's.

Autonomy does not transfer responsibility. Work Aury runs on your instruction is your activity under this policy, exactly as if you had done it by hand. Approving a mission means accepting what that mission goes on to do — see the AI & Autonomy Disclosure.

We do not publish a hard usage cap, because most people never come near one. We do reserve the right to rate-limit or throttle usage that degrades the service for others — automated hammering, runaway loops, or volume clearly outside normal company operation. We will contact you before restricting anything, unless the load is actively breaking things.

If you believe someone is misusing Aurygine, write to support@aurygine.com with what you saw. We investigate every report and we do not disclose who reported it.

Our first step is almost always to contact you. Most violations are mistakes, and a message resolves them.

For serious or repeated violations we may suspend outbound sending, suspend the account, or terminate it. Where we can do so safely and lawfully, we tell you what happened, why, and what would resolve it. We act immediately without notice only where there is active harm, a legal obligation, or a live threat to the service.

Your company data remains yours throughout a suspension, and we will provide an export on request.
