The Aurygine Journal

Notes from the work.

Decisions, lessons, and what comes next.

Day Zero: We built Aurygine using Aurygine.

Six months ago we started with a question: can a solo founder build the operating system small businesses actually need, using only AI?

Today we open the doors.

We built Aurygine using Aurygine. Every outreach email to a chamber of commerce was drafted in RUN. Every pricing decision was shaped in START. Every compliance deadline was tracked in Backbone. Every weekly scoreboard was filed as a document we could share with an advisor without rewriting a single word.

Last week we filed our Delaware LLC. This week our EIN came back. The company exists now, officially — but we built the product first, exactly backwards from how most people say to do it.

Today, Monday, November 2, we're opening Batch 01 to one hundred founding businesses.

Here's what works today:

— Three products: START (co-founder), RUN (operations team), TRANSFORM (consultant)

— Living canvas: you talk to Aury, Aury drafts, you tap Approve

— Business Passport: your public page with an AI front desk, agent-ready

— The Backbone: compliance, resources, tax strategy, banking advice, bookkeeping

— Lock-and-file: every validated decision becomes a shareable document

Here's what's honestly not built yet, labeled on the site:

— Aurygine Audit is targeted for November 16

— Campaign sending and Google integrations remain planned for later releases

— Payment processing awaits provider approval. Batch 01 access is free.

— The browser experience is available today; a native mobile app is not yet available.

The gaps became our roadmap. Every missing feature is a founder we haven't met yet.

Your founding subscription rate will never increase while you remain continuously subscribed. We will not punish early belief. We will not pull the ladder up behind us.

If you got an invite code, you're in. If you didn't, join the waitlist.

We're not here to sell AI hype. Aury works from your company's context. You approve consequential actions.

Everything we ship, we document here. Every number we claim, we show the math for. Every promise we make, we verify we can keep.

One week from now, we'll share what opening the doors taught us.

Welcome to the first chapter.
