Partner Terms.
Agreement
This agreement is between you and Aurygine (Aurygine LLC). Enrollment requires a confirmed account and acceptance of these terms. Partner access grants no company access or founding membership.
Commission
Earn 10% of collected eligible Aurygine subscription revenue after discounts and excluding tax. Growth Partners earn 15% after 10 new paid referred customers in a calendar month; Power Partners earn 20% after 50. Higher tiers are retained unless revoked and apply only to future referred customers. Each customer’s rate is locked at first payment; the threshold-reaching customer uses the previous rate. Commission lasts 12 calendar months from that customer’s first eligible payment. Annual commissions release in 12 monthly installments. No earnings arise from free access, signup, unpaid invoices, test payments or self-referrals.
Attribution and discount
A valid referral link is remembered for 90 days when the visitor consents to referral storage. First valid attribution is retained. Existing program links take precedence and offers never stack. A valid code gives 10% off the first month when supported by live checkout. Annual offers apply only to the first-month equivalent, not the full year. Payment processing is currently awaiting provider approval.
Payouts
Monthly payout review is due on the 1st for eligible prior-month balances, including carry-forward. Preparation is currently owner-triggered, not automatic. The minimum payout is $25 USD; smaller balances carry forward. The owner reviews and approves each payout before a manual Mercury or Wise transfer. Approval is not confirmation of a transfer. Complete any reasonably required payment or tax details before receiving funds; actual transfer timing may depend on these details and banking processing.
Refunds and records
Refunds and chargebacks proportionally reverse the affected commission. Previously paid amounts are offset against future earnings; paid history is retained. Scheduled installments are not yet earned or payable. No minimum income is guaranteed.
Promotion and disclosure
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote your link. Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, false claims, impersonating Aurygine and affiliate stacking are prohibited. Do not promise unavailable features, guaranteed outcomes or immediate paid availability. Custom perks require a separate written agreement.
Revocation and questions
Aurygine may revoke participation for violations and pause disputed earnings for review. Legitimately earned, undisputed balances remain subject to the payout and refund rules. Contact hello@aurygine.com for corrections or disputes. Changes to this agreement will be communicated; existing customer rate locks are preserved.
